Official Rules for Agave and Phoenix Skincare Giveaway
Eligibility: The Agave and Phoenix Skincare Giveaway ("@jussttblake Giveaway") is open to legal residents of the United States who are 18 years of age or older at the time of entry. Employees of Agave and Phoenix and their immediate family members are not eligible to participate.
Entry Period: The Giveaway begins when the video is posted and ends at 11:59 p.m. ET 7 days later.
How to Enter: To enter, participants must:
a. Follow the official Agave and Phoenix TikTok account (@AgavePhoenix) and the influencer Jussttblake's TikTok account (@jussttblake).
b. Comment on the designated Giveaway TikTok post from @jussttblake, stating the Agave and Phoenix skincare product they wish to win: "Agave Clean, Oasis, Desert Rain, Monsoon, The Phoenix" or product category "Cleanser, Spot treatment, Moisturizer, Serum". The actual product will be confirmed when the winner will be contacted and can be changed.
Entry Limit: Only one entry per TikTok account is permitted for the duration of the Entry Period.
Winner Selection: One (1) winner will be randomly selected from all eligible entries received during the Entry Period. The winner will be contacted by Agave and Phoenix (@agavephoenix) via direct message on TikTok within seven (7) days following the end of the Entry Period. The winner must respond within 4 days of notification to claim the prize.
Prize: The winner will receive the Agave and Phoenix skincare product specified in their entry comment . The prize is non-transferable and only one product will be sent.
General Conditions: Agave and Phoenix reserves the right to cancel, suspend, and/or modify the Giveaway, or any part of it, if any fraud, technical failures, or any other factor beyond the Sponsor's reasonable control impairs the integrity or proper functioning of the Giveaway.
Privacy: Any personal information collected in connection with this Giveaway will be used solely for the administration of the Giveaway and in accordance with Agave and Phoenix's privacy policy.
Release and Limitations of Liability: By participating in the Giveaway, entrants agree to release and hold harmless Agave and Phoenix, its officers, directors, employees, and agents from and against any claim or cause of action arising out of participation in the Giveaway or receipt or use of any prize.
Governing Law: The Giveaway is governed by the laws of the United States and all claims must be resolved in the United States.
